In the IELTS exam your score should be between 5.5 and 7 out of 9 to have increased chances of being accepted by a British University. If you have another English degree (e.g. Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English or Michigan Proficieny), this can be used as an extra qualification, but you will not avoid the IELTS or TOEFL exams.
